Legacy Estates is a building venture comprised of Steve Magula of Creative Homes, Ltd., and John Olivieri of Associated Development, L.L.C. Both builders have been actively involved in Tidewater Builders Association (TBA), serving on numerous boards and committees on the local, state, and national levels. Steve Magula served as President of TBA in 1989 and John Olivieri currently serves as TBA President for 2006.
